Secondly,we will provide you the technical guide on line if you met any problems of our units.
If you can't settle the problem by yourselves after tried above 2 methods,please send back to us for repair.There are some terms for your care below:
1. Repair fee:
A: no repair fee under warrranty
B: charge if change sparte parts
2. Repair time:
A: 10 days after received defaulty units
B: inform you if need to take more time to repair
3. freight cost:
A: buyer pay for the cost to send back defaulty units.
B: seller pay for the cost to return repaired units.
4.How to send back
A: units without package and accessories
B: Please marked the problem per unit
C: please make one list marked the product name and qty
5.The way to send back to China: Only EMS.
